Groundies was founded in 2019 in the Black Forest. Our philosophy has remained the same since the beginning: to combine the numerous benefits of walking naturally with modern design and high quality. Today, Groundies are worn in more than 150 countries.

We believe in the impact of a mindful lifestyle, starting from the ground up. That's why we develop shoes that allow everyone to do something good for themselves simply and gradually.

The result is a new category of footwear that combines functionality, style, and sustainable quality. We call it TrueSense® Footwear.

Our TrueSense® soles are thin, lightweight, and flexible, yet durable. They allow for maximum freedom of movement and sensory awareness with complete protection and exceptional longevity. Groundies are available in different configurations depending on the model, often in two versions.

Functionality isn't everything. Groundies are not only effective, but they also look great. Of course, you can only see for yourself by browsing our models and designs in the shop.
